Terms of Use

These terms are the contract between you and the operator of EVELYNN Track Manager. The Privacy notice explains the personal information the service keeps. Creating an account or starting payment means you agree to these terms and to that notice.

The service

Track Manager is a songwriting library. You can keep albums, tracks, lyrics, worksheets, style prompts, covers, and notes, and you can run drafting tools when your plan includes them.

Your songs

You own your lyrics, notes, images, and other library content. The operator may store that content to provide your account, and may send it to the configured AI provider only when you run an AI tool.

A copyright archive is a personal snapshot and an optional timestamp for your own records. It is not a government copyright registration, and Track Manager does not file one for you.

Plans

A paid plan renews until you cancel it from Account. Access lasts until the end of the period you have already paid for. The account then freezes. The library is kept for 180 days and then cleared. The account itself remains until you delete it.

Deleting the account removes the library immediately and cancels a paid plan. Trial accounts have no paid plan to cancel.

AI tools

AI suggestions are drafting help. They are not a promise about copyright, originality, or commercial results.

Children

The service is a general-audience songwriting tool and is not directed at children. Do not open an account for a child.

Law

The service is operated from Australia. These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
