EVELYNN Track Manager
Data processing
This page summarises who processes personal information when you use EVELYNN Track Manager. It is a description of the service, not a signed contract annex. The Privacy notice lists the information itself. The Terms of Use are the contract for the songwriting library.
Roles
The operator of EVELYNN Track Manager is the controller of account and library information. You decide what songs and notes go into the library.
Recipients
- Stripe processes payment. It receives your email, display name, and account id, and it holds the card and invoices.
- The configured AI endpoint receives the text of a tool only when you run that tool. The administrator chooses the endpoint. It may be a local model or an OpenAI-compatible service. Your account id is not placed in that request.
- FreeTSA can receive a SHA-256 digest of a copyright-archive manifest when you download that archive, so a timestamp file can be added to the ZIP. The lyric files are not uploaded, and the timestamp file is not kept on the server.
No other processor is used for analytics or for selling data.
Hosting and transfers
The service is operated from Australia. If you use it from the EU or the UK, the operator relies on the European Commission’s 2021 standard contractual clauses (Decision 2021/914) and the United Kingdom’s International Data Transfer Agreement. Those official texts are the transfer terms. This page does not copy them. Stripe publishes its own transfer terms for payment data.
