Privacy notice

This notice describes the personal information the operator of EVELYNN Track Manager keeps, why it is kept, and the choices you have. It is written from how the app works today.

What we keep

• Account: email address, a password hash, display name, and country.
• Plan: trial or subscription dates, AI credit balance, and the Stripe customer and subscription identifiers. Card numbers stay at Stripe.
• Your library: albums, tracks, lyrics, worksheets, style prompts, covers, presets, tags, and scratch-pad notes, stored for your account.
• AI use: the tool name, the model, and token counts. The lyrics and prompts from a request are not saved after the request finishes.
• Password reset: the IP address on a reset request, until the account is deleted. Ordinary sign-ins store a count per day, not an IP address.
• Feedback you send: your name, email, account id, and the message, kept in the operator’s files.
• A copyright download includes your display name and email inside the ZIP you take away. That ZIP is not kept on the server.

Why

• The account and library exist so we can provide the songwriting service you signed up for.
• Billing records exist so we can charge the plan you chose and keep tax records. Stripe holds the card and the invoices.
• AI tools run only when you use them, and only then is the text sent to the configured chat endpoint.
• A backup ZIP or a copyright archive is built only when you download it.

Who receives it

Stripe receives your email, display name, and account id to take payment. When you run an AI tool, the text you submit is sent to the chat endpoint the administrator has configured (a local model, or an OpenAI-compatible service). A copyright download can send a SHA-256 digest of the archive manifest to FreeTSA so the timestamp file can be included in the ZIP. The lyric files themselves are not uploaded, and the timestamp file is not kept on the server. We do not use analytics and we do not sell data to brokers.

Cancel plan opens Stripe’s customer billing page. That page can cancel the plan only when cancellation is turned on in the Stripe customer portal. Access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Where it is hosted

The service is operated from Australia.

How long

• Account information stays while the account exists.
• If a paid plan lapses, the account is frozen and the library is kept for 180 days, then the library is cleared. The account row remains until you delete it.
• Deleting the account removes the account and the library immediately. Stripe may keep invoices after that.
• The server log rotates at about 10 MB, with three older files kept.

Your choices

• Download my data, from Account, gives you a ZIP of the library plus an account file. The password hash is not included.
• You can change your display name and country in Account. To change the email address, use Feedback.
• Cancel plan, from Account, ends a paid plan at the close of the period you have already paid for.
• Delete account removes the library and cancels a paid plan immediately.

Cookies and this browser

Sign-in uses one essential session cookie. It is marked HttpOnly and SameSite=Lax. It is not a tracking cookie. This browser also stores preferences in local storage: theme, font, text colour, editor scroll position, help-panel state, and Suno send settings. Those values stay on your device.

Children

Track Manager is a general-audience songwriting tool. It is not directed at children. Do not open an account for a child.
